Clark Research Associates is a training and consulting company offering team-building and leadership training in a multicultural, 21st century context. We teach organizations to view their increasing diversity as a source of untapped wealth, which can help a company become more competitive and productive. Our workshops enable people in organizations to work together more harmoniously, build stronger teams, retain employees, develop motivated leaders and manage organizational change. We work both in the U.S. and internationally.

WHAT WE OFFER

Optimizing individual human resources is paramount for success today. Our approach claims, simply, that one of the key resources we possess as individuals is the culture embedded in each of us. OUR METHODS

Our work is participatory, energizing, and effective in getting results. It draws out each person's unique perspective on the immediate issues of team-building and leadership development within the work context. We engage people from all levels of the organization, using lively, engaging activities, to produce possibilities for developing a fully inclusive organizational culture.
